Paying in and getting paid

The rules page allows three kinds of top-up: a bank transfer, an e-wallet payment by Touch 'n Go, Boost or GrabPay, and a telco reload from Digi, Maxis, Celcom, U Mobile or a TNG PIN. Credit that came from a telco or TNG PIN reload may only be used on slot, fishing and table games.

Withdrawals have one destination: the bank account saved on your profile, which has to carry the same name you registered with and cannot be swapped later. With bonus credit still sitting in the wallet, each withdrawal stops at RM50.

What the bonuses really ask

Every tile on the promotion page opens a window with the real conditions. A few, as written there:

• 50% welcome bonus: one claim per ID, from a RM1 deposit, up to RM388, 3x turnover on slots.
• 100% welcome bonus: for a first deposit of RM500, at 7x turnover.
• 20% daily bonus: three claims a day from RM30, up to RM168 each, 3x.
• 20%, 30% and 40% no-turnover bonuses: no playthrough, but the withdrawal is capped at 80%, 70% and 60%.
• Free Credit 365 Days RM10: no deposit, but the balance must reach RM300 and the payout is RM10 at most.

Turnover means deposit plus bonus, times the multiplier. Most balances run out before they reach it, so a bonus is extra playing time, not a likely profit.

Rewards that repeat

The VIP club has ten levels, from Normal through Lucky (RM5,000 in total deposits) to King (RM3,000,000), each paying an upgrade bonus and a monthly bonus; VIP bonuses carry 5x turnover on slots. The Top Withdraw Ranking pays the month's ten biggest withdrawals from RM1,888 down to RM108 on the 1st, and the Referrer Hall of Fame shares RM2,450 among the twenty members who bring in the most new players.

Three rules worth knowing first

1. Use your real name, exactly as your bank prints it. It is checked against the bank account at withdrawal.
2. Keep to a single account. Profiles linked by device, IP address or bank are flagged by the system and lose credit and winnings.
3. Buying or saving free games, saving wilds or angpao, exploiting a game fault and depositing only to withdraw again all cancel a bonus.
